Shiva Ashray Welfare Society We are a registered Welfare Society with one of our aim being to provide low cost, quality housing to our members. Enclosed herewith is a copy of the registration certificate bearing no. S/1752/SDM/NW/2013, Dated 07th October 2013 registered by the registrar of societies District North-West Govt. of NCT Delhi under the Societies Registration Act of 1860.

Background
The Chairman of the society has already been involved in execution of quite a few housing projects. The Flats were provided at much lower prices compared to the market price. Thus all our members are expected to be benefited immensely due to appreciation of their property invested through us. We have used\our knowledge & expertise to seize this opportunity at the earliest and believe that acquisition of land in the early part of a project is the key to providing affordable and luxurious homes at very reasonable price.
The management of this society is already in the process of acquiring 5 acre land at Rani Khera Village with prime location & greatest connectivity in the name of "SHIVA ASHRAY WELFARE SOCIETY" and a sizeable amount has already been advanced for this purpose. In order to meet the increasing demand in future the society will decide to acquire more land for the new members. The management of the society cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any change/delay caused due to change/amendment in the Govt. Policy, guidelines etc.

Category of flats shall be decided after receiving of sufficient numbers of booking of flats in specific categories. We do not levy any separate charges for EDC/IDC/PLC. Being a Society Registered under the Societies Registration Act, we cannot make any preferential allotment with respect to particular floor or location. Allotment is either on a Draw basis presided over by the Registrar of Society or by the method decided by the management of the Society with the sanction of the AGM of the Society. Every member must be given an equal footing. Number of towers etc. will be designed only after final note on FAR from the Govt. However, we are purposing the category of flats are 1200sq ft, 1400sq ft,1600sq ft(in super area) and enclosing an indicative floor plan for each category of flats, which can be changed or modified according to land/area after the allotment of land form DDA.
